The concept for the new Bulla restaurant is a Gastrobar serving traditional style Spanish tapas in a warm and energetic space. The large central bar provides an exciting focal point for guests to gather and enjoy the extensive display of beer, wine and spirits.
Bulla’s furniture and finishes were inspired by Mediterranean architecture and hints of industrial undertones to create a comfortable modern feeling. The seating on the first level is elevated to bar height to provide a uniform dining and bar experience, while the second level provides a quieter intimate dining setting. The textures and patterns throughout the restaurant invoke elements of Spanish tradition with modern details. Through the use of a palette with warm rust tones, dark and light woods, rich leather and deep blue accents the space transforms into a sophisticated environment for the guest.
