China Poblano, where the cultures of China and Mexico marry at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Enter this 140-seat distinctive and vibrant restaurant, and you’ll find expressive art including a three-dimensional laser cut Buddha, vintage bike wheels, hand-blown, red glass lanterns, and video art projected onto wood above communal tables. The design team worked under the local Architect of Record, KJA and divided the space into high-action noodle and taco stations and used warm colors and natural materials like stone, wood, and glass throughout.
