To create this wine shop at the Cosmopolitan, the design team looked to television and stage sets to inspire the interiors. Shoppers get their first glimpse of the space through a glass facade with oversized wood door frames. Inside, a wall feature, which doubles as signage, takes center stage as it showcases three to four hundred wine bottles, some lit from within to create the word “drink” for all to see. Materials found in a modern farmhouse also influenced the design, as rustic wood beams and stitched leathers were selected for EatDrink. The design team worked under the local Architect of Record, KJA, to complete this project.
