Duke University is going through an exciting and transformative time with the renovation of their West Campus Union building.  The West Campus Union will bring forward culinary food exploration and education, in collaboration with local vendors and food concepts.   With the broad range of international students, international flavors are also instrumental in bringing forward interesting food cultures that influence the design and F&B programming.  The West Campus Union is a brand new construction/renovation project that will offer unique dining options and common areas for student life.  With the first phase scheduled to open during the Spring Semester of 2016, this facility will be at the forefront of University campus dining.  There will be a variety of elevated restaurant venues, each with their own unique identity and culinary offering.
